Current Jobs at St Andrew’s & All Saints

We are at an exciting time at St Andrew’s & All Saints as we are recruiting new roles to form a new team to shape and lead our growing church forward in this next season. These appointments come after the recent ‘promotions’ of our curate to an incumbent in Dorset, and our Youth Minister to train for ordination, and the imminent retirement of one of our church administrators. We have taken this opportunity to restructure our leadership across our churches and more information can be found about this here.

Further information which may be useful for applicants for all of these roles can be found at the bottom of this page.

Associate Minister/Vicar (Community & Outreach) – Full-time (lay or ordained)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Associate Minister/Vicar, to lead our outreach ministries, supporting and equipping our many faithful leaders and volunteers, and developing new church plants/worshipping communities.

There are two different application forms, depending on whether the applicant is ordained in the Church of England or not:

The lay application form can be downloaded here: Associate Minister Application form. This should be completed and emailed to the Rector (rector@standrewsandallsaints.uk) by Friday 3rd June.

To request an ordained application form, please email Catrine Ball, the PA to the Bishop of Worcester (cball@cofe-worcester.org.uk) who will send it to you. This should be completed and emailed to cball@cofe-worcester.org.uk by Friday 3rd June.

Operations Manager – Full-time (or significant part-time considered)

We are seeking to appoint a key senior leader with strong people skills to this new role as we restructure our leadership in the light of recent growth and staff changes. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage all of the practical, administrative and operational aspects of church life and play a vital role in supporting our leadership and congregations as they seek to live out our vision to ‘partner with God in the flourishing of our communities.’

Youth Minister – Full-time or part-time, preferably with an extra specialism (e.g. worship, digital communications, children’s ministry, young adults)

We are seeking to appoint a new Youth Minister following the departure of our previous Youth Minister to train for ordination last summer. We have advertised over the last year, but due to the shortage of Youth Ministers across the country, have not found someone with the experience and skills that we require to lead our thriving and significant youth ministry here at St Andrew’s & All Saints. We are now re-advertising and would love to hear from anyone interested in this role. We would consider full-time or part-time options and would be very interested in having a youth minister who could offer another specialism as part of the role too (e.g. Youth and Worship Minister, Youth and Digital Communications Minister, or someone who could also assist our Children and Families Ministry Leader with children and schools ministry also). You can watch our Youth Share their own video advert here.
