Current Jobs at St Andrew’s & All Saints

We are at an exciting time at St Andrew’s & All Saints as we are recruiting new roles to form a new team to shape and lead our growing church forward in this next season. These appointments come after the recent ‘promotions’ of our curate to an incumbent in Dorset, and our Youth Minister to train for ordination, and the imminent retirement of one of our church administrators. We have taken this opportunity to restructure our leadership across our churches and more information can be found about this here.

Further information which may be useful for applicants for all of these roles can be found at the bottom of this page.

Youth Minister – Full-time or part-time, preferably with an extra specialism (e.g. worship, digital communications, children’s ministry, young adults)

We are seeking to appoint a new Youth Minister following the departure of our previous Youth Minister to train for ordination last summer. We have advertised over the last year, but due to the shortage of Youth Ministers across the country, have not found someone with the experience and skills that we require to lead our thriving and significant youth ministry here at St Andrew’s & All Saints. We are now re-advertising and would love to hear from anyone interested in this role. We would consider full-time or part-time options and would be very interested in having a youth minister who could offer another specialism as part of the role too (e.g. Youth and Worship Minister, Youth and Digital Communications Minister, or someone who could also assist our Children and Families Ministry Leader with children and schools ministry also). You can watch our Youth Share their own video advert here.
