Looking for hope? Want to explore what life is all about?
Have these last few difficult years caused you to ask the big questions of life?

Then we’d love to invite you to join us at our next Alpha Course, to explore these big questions.

What is Alpha? Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the meaning of life and the Christian faith. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. It’s fun, relaxed and totally no pressure – that’s why over 30 million people worldwide have already done it. Our next course starts after Easter – more details to come.

Who is it for? Got lots of meaningful questions? Never really understood the Christian faith or been to Church? Maybe you gave up on it a long time ago. Alpha was designed for you, or anyone who doesn’t go to church much, if at all. It’s also a great ‘basics course’ for those who want to understand their faith better.

What will the online course be like? Each session includes a time for coffee and cake (which is also a chance to get to know others and build friendships) and a short video talk which is followed by a chance to discuss in small groups what’s been said. During the discussion everyone is welcome to contribute their opinions (as much or as little as they like) and ask questions. And it’s completely free!

How do I book in? If you would like to book into the course please fill-in the online form below, or to find out more please email liz.saunders@standrewsandallsaints.uk and we will get back to you with more information.

What others have said… We ran three courses over the last 3 years  and this is what some of the participants said.

Gemma’s story: click here to listen to how Gemma found the course and what difference it made. She also writes “We started out sceptical but together we laughed often, we cried a bit, we questioned deeply, we shared plenty, we loved massively, we grew together.”

“Alpha is a safe place to explore our bigger, deeper questions. Particularly in such modern day challenges” (Helen)

“I have refreshed my faith, thought deeply, learnt more about God, asked questions and journeyed with other Christians. Thank you Alpha course” (Alice)

To get a taste of the course, you can watch the trailer for the Alpha films here. Including some reflections from Bear Grylls.
