A service for Mother’s Day Runaways

Mothering Sunday can be a difficult day for some people; the death of a mother or child, a broken relationship or the inability to have one’s own children are just some reasons as to why people can dread Mothering Sunday.

The ‘Mother’s Day Runaways’ service aims to provide an alternative service in order to recognise and minister to painful or difficult feelings and experiences surrounding motherhood. This will be a reflective occasion and all are welcome to participate in as much or as little as is appropriate for you.
