Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We want to securely hold and process personal information and communicate with church members and other related parties in a way which has their consent, and which is in line with UK law on data protection.  As a result of a change in the law in 2018 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR for short), we now need your consent.

Our updated  Data Privacy Notice / Policy is available to download as a PDF document.

For new consents we have blank forms to complete or you can agree online via our ‘Connect with Us’ function on this website. The blank forms can be downloaded as PDF documents below and should be completed, checked and returned to the office as soon as possible.

Adult Data Protection Consent Form for church members aged 18 and over.

Young Person Consent Form for church members under 18 (please fill in both sides).

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by contacting the Team Administrators (e-mail administrators@standrewsandallsaints.org, telephone 01684 576582, or write to Team Office, St Andrew’s Church Centre, Churchdown Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3JX).

If you meet the following requirements then you may also want to be on the Electoral Roll (to demonstrate that you are a member of the church):

  • Over the age of 16,
  • Baptised
  • Live in the parish, OR have attended the church (St Andrew’s or All Saints) regularly for more than six months.

This is completely separate from the data protection consent. Application Forms to be put on the Electoral Roll can be found in both churches.
