Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We want to securely hold and process personal information and communicate with church members and other related parties in a way which has their consent, and which is in line with UK law on data protection.  As a result of a change in the law in 2018 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR for short), we now need your consent.

Our updated Data Privacy Notice is available to download as a PDF document.

For those in the churches where we already hold information, we have have filled in the contact information that we already hold on you. Please thoroughly check the information, correct any wrong information and complete any missing information. If you have lots of corrections, use a blank form available below or from either church. We have asked that you return the completed data protection consent forms by the 13th May 2018 latest. If you have not already done so, please action ASAP.

For new consents we have blank forms to complete. These can be downloaded as PDF documents below and should be completed, checked and returned to the office as soon as possible.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by contacting the Team Administrators (e-mail administrators@standrewsandallsaints.org, telephone 01684 576582, or write to Team Office, St Andrew’s Church Centre, Churchdown Road, Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 3JX).
